The benchmark index of Amman Stock Exchange (ASE) closed on Tuesday at 2105.85 points, increasing by 0.27%.

Trading volume reached 5.1 million shares, at a turnover of JOD 4.0 million, traded through 2,985 transactions.

Shares of 129 companies were traded, of which 44 rose, 45 declined, and 40 remained unchanged.

On all sectors level, the financial index, the services index, and the industrial index leveled up by 0.25%, 0.22%, and 0.15% respectively.

The top three gainers were The Royal Jordanian Airlines by 8.16%, Hayat Pharmaceutical Industries Company by 6.05%, and First National Vegetable Oil Industries Company by 5.56%.

The top three decliners were Arab Company for Investment Projects by 8.70%, Taameer Jordan Holdings Public Shareholding Company by 6.67%, and Rum Aladdin Industries by 5.71%.
